Your snippet
Paste this where you want the tool to appear. Without a tracking code, usage is counted by website only.
Keep the attribution line under the tool. It is how we keep the tools free, and the embed script checks that it is there.
Co-branded help page
Send borrowers to our hardship help center with your name and button at the top. Your snippet page above generates the link.
Playbook
The Homeowner Hardship Playbook is free to link to and prints cleanly as a PDF for your branch or counselors.
Content, webinars and data
We co-write guides, co-host webinars on foreclosure timelines and relief options, and can publish anonymous, aggregate numbers from the tools under both our names. See the partner kit.
What we do and do not do
- The tools are free, with no per-lead or per-referral fees in either direction.
- Borrower inputs never leave the borrower's browser.
- We count loads, uses and button clicks per website. That is all we keep.
- The tools give general information. They are not offers, approvals or advice, and they say so.
See the partner kit for wording you can reuse and the partner directory for how listings work.
Questions from lenders
What does it cost?
Nothing. The tools are free. We ask for one thing in return: keep the small attribution line under the tool, which links to the tool's page and to our home page.
Do you collect my borrowers' information?
No. What a visitor types into a tool stays in their browser and is never sent to us. We count how often each tool loads, is used and has its call-to-action clicked, grouped by the website it appears on, so we can report usage to you and know the attribution link is in place.
Will you contact my borrowers?
No. The tools do not capture contact details. The optional "other options" link is off by default; if you turn it on, it points to a page on our site and the visitor chooses whether to use it.
Can I change the colors, logo and call-to-action?
Yes. Add your name, logo, two colors, a button label and link, and a phone number. Registered partners keep a tracking code, so your usage shows up under your name.
How do I know the tool is working on my site?
Register for a tracking code and paste the snippet. We track each website the tool loads on, when it was last seen and whether the attribution link was detected, and we send you a usage summary on request. Unregistered use is counted by website, without a name.
Is there a compliance review I should do?
Yes, on your side. The tools give general information and are not an offer, approval or advice. Your compliance team should review the wording and any arrangement between us before you publish. We do not pay for, or accept payment for, referrals.
